It's Father times fault!

Well most of the Northern States residents are blaming the rodent for the late spring.

He got everyone's hopes up and now they are..not happy.

But it may not be all of his fault.

Things may not always be the way they appear.

With that being said,

Here may be a twist on the issue of spring not being in sight.

Good morning,  William - poor Father Time, Mother Nature has not trained him well. Perhaps. Or maybe it is that groundhog's fault.

Phil has to mix it up all the time for us.  With the blizzard we had yesterday, lots of people are not happy with Phil.

Hi William- from what I understand Houston has been having cooler weather than normal. I think that rodent is pulling our legs.
