Honesty will take you far.

Honesty is very important.

Your reputation can be made or destroyed with a single statement.

But, many have not been so trustworthy.

Some just seem to guess without any real proof of their statements.

A dis-honest statement can ruin a day for many others also.

So, make sure you are honest with what you say as your reputation depends on it!

Dear William,

Honesty may take you far, but it can also get you into trouble. Occasionally, it is not polite to be too honest.

Normally it is best to be honest.  A white lie here and there can even get you into trouble

Good morning William.  I feel that honesty is becoming a rare commodity these days.

Bill, I have always believed if a man will lie to you he will also steal from you.

Hello William - and you don't hsve to remember two sets of truths either.  Simplify as much as you can, right?

That groundhog better hope I am not assigned to that jury.  Normally we are deep in spring....except there is still snow on the ground from last week's huge storm.

It takes a long time to build a ethical, honest reputation but just a single act of deception can destroy all you've built.

I seem to see that a little white lie is as good a pure honesty

This is excellent advice to share.

The groundhog and Trump seem to have special exclusions from the truth.
