William's Blog...with a smile!

They lost the house they wanted to buy.

All was going well.

Contract was signed and loan moving forward.

Then last week, the call came.

WHAT? Every thing was perfect when we got them qualified with scores over 700.

Turns out, somehow their on-line banking got hacked!

It was hacked through a personal on-line account and no the bank.

Someone cleaned out the bank account and opened 10 new charges.

This happened all in 2 days time.

I fall just short of hating technology!

That is a tragic story. Not one that anyone wants to hear.

That's not a scenario anyone would wish to cope with.  I hope it ends well for the homebuyers.

Good morning again William. This is sooooooo sad. I tend to agree about technology.

So many people want things so easy and the ore technology I see the more work I seem to do for the same task.   And then  I have to watch for hackers.

Never had that issue before
