William's Blog...with a smile!

No one gets along...

Well, once again we see a government shut down.

Many of the days no one would have worked anyway.

But that is not the point.

These people are supposed to look out for our best interests.

I don't see that very often but I think it has to do with where their heads are...

William Feela the problem with that picture is it appears that our law makers actually have a spine. I'm thinking it's their lack of a spine that is why their heads are in their asses.

Well that's our government, posed to only get worse with the New Year. They're supposed to have our best interests at heart but only care able their own.

It is more about politics than about getting things done for the constituents.  Too much us vs them rather what is best for the country.

Morning again William.

Regardless of which side you're on, in the end, it is not a good thing.  We'll see what happens next week.

My way or the highway is not negotiating....or productive.

One of my sons (provides guard duty at a military base) is now working with pay being delayed until government shutdown ends. For the low paid employees who live paycheck to paycheck, a shutdown is not helpful.

Good morning William. Funny how many think with the movement of the pendulum! What day is it? Oh yes, another one of stupidity. Expect it, it is government work or lack thereof! Enjoy your day!

The behavior inWashington DC is disheartening on so many levels...so much for "government for the people"

Good morning William. Actually despite your picture there isn't anything funny about this.

The problem as I see it, is that the political parties play to the most radical members of their base.  Reason and logic have no lobby in Washington.
