William's Blog...with a smile!

And it tasted just like that!

I am not one that gets real excited about what I eat.

What I mean is I don't go over board counting calories...or FAT calories.

I am being told by many outlets that I need to watch what kind of stuff I put into my body.

Well, after 31 years (times 2)  I feel  I am in decent shape for the shape I am in.

So when  people tell me I should not eat something,

I just ask them...

Good morning William. This is pretty funny. Have a great day and eat a real one.

While I've eaten several gluten free products and thought they were tolerable.  I must admit there is nothing like the real deal.

Dear William,

For those who need gluten-free, it is a blessing, but for the rest of us, the real deal is better.

I would rather skip the food than eat something that is so creative and tastes nothing like the original.

So true William Feela !  I would rather not eat something than eat a "fake" version of it.  Give me the real thing, I'll do portion control (if need be).

And Debbie Reynolds and I are in agreement (no surprise).  Debbie - let's celebrate in Boston with some real brownies!  LOL

Morning William.

Thanks, but I think I'll pass on the compost.  Those look so bad, I wouldn't even try one.

That is enough to ruin your appetite. I wonder how many people really need this stuff.

My mother in law tells me that if it tastes good then it can't be good for you.

Thanks for sharing this perspective.

I would prefer to sample some pumpkin ice cream.
