Well, it was bound to happen.
The clients loved the property.
They are ready to make an offer.
"Where is your pre-approval?"
They had not gone to the bank yet like they said.
So to teach the lesson, I did the offer without a preapproval.
SHOT DOWN FLAT!
Buyers very disappointed. I told them we will not look at homes until they go
to the bank and I took them there!
The got qualified for more than they thought they would and would have won the bid on the house
had they followed my instructions.
DON'T EVEN LOOK AT HOMES FOR SALE unless you know what the bank has had to say!!!!
