Smoke in Minnesota's skies.

Yes, Minnesota has smoke in it's skies.

The smoke is from fires in Canada and out west.

Sad state of affairs for those people but what beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

I just hate that  we are seeing the good end of he disaster.

Just takes the real fun out of the day

That is sad that the fires have such an impact on states far away for the fires. There are many fires going on in Canada and the West.

Morning William.

Two years ago my wife and I visited California.  It was one of the best vacations I've ever had.  Sad to think about all the beauty we saw being destroyed

Oh wow, William Feela ! It had never occured to me that smoke from fires would impact skies in your beautiful state. Such a catastrophic situation all around.

Hi William,
I guess that's the good part of the smoky situation.  It does cause amazing sunsets.  The fires are ravaging a lot of acreage all over the west.  And, we've had record heat.   We need rain!

William,

It does make for a wonderful sky, and the smoke from the Northern part of our state has gotten as war as New York...We are cooling off, and I hope that this is also happening where the fires are...A

A couple years ago there were some really bad fires in the mountains of North Carolina and the upstate that caused a great deal of smoke to reach the Columbia area.
