Do you have Thick skin?

For those of us in  Real Estate for any larger length of time know about the ups and downs.

WE get little credit or the ups and all the blame for the downs.

WE can follow the letter of the law and the client will still blame us.

WE can follow their legal instructions and when it does not work, it is our fault.

I have been cursed at and blamed for everything the client did wrong.

Thinking of getting into Real Estate?

How thick is your skin?

Trust me, I developed a very thick skin in corporate management over 18 years. The picture you used exactly defines my relationship with my younger brother. He grew up in fear of me! And I always thought that was as it should be!

Good morning William.  My skin has been getting thicker, but it still hurts at times.

I use to be fairly thin skinned.  But, the years in real estate have gifted me with the hide of a rhinoceros!

If it's not thick from the start you will get thick skin quickly if you want to survive in this business.
