William's Blog...with a smile!

Are people scared of math?

It happened again.

I went into a fast food joint for a cold drink.

My total was .97.

I gave the teller $1.

Then I dug out  2 pennies and gave it to the teller..."Here's 2 pennies."

What for?

"So you can just give me a nickle back instead of 3 pennies."

I can't do that, it will mess  up my till.

No mater how I explained it she could not get it through her head.

I finally gave up.

There is a study that found...

4 out of 3 people have a hard time with Math!

Good morning William. Some can't add two plus two but even the most challenged agent can calculate a commission in their head. You just met tomorrow's agent! Enjoy your day!

Good morning William.  I avoid all of this confusion by paying for my drink with a credit card or an app.

This is very true but you ended the story with a great line. Thanks for the humor.

So true!  But, I also have to smile at Wayne Martin's #1 comment.  I know an agent that would be the poster child for that statement!

Good morning William. I think this kid was just off or dumb. Too bad. This is simply transactional.
