Who are you staging for?

Staging  seems to be the magical word for some people.

You  can't sell a home without it being staged

This if course is false, but staging can make the difference in market time and even price.

But when you stage a home, do think of the target audience?

I have seen common everyday homes look like a museum piece in a neighborhood with a lot of kids.

Do you think a couple with kids are going to fall in love with something that will look very different with 2 or 3 young kids running around.

Target Audience...that is a point to remember!

It doesn't have to be fancy just neat and clean

That is a great point Bill. It's why I always leave staging to the professionals.

Bill a very good point   I se homes staged to the hilt and buyers that walk away because it is so out of place
