One thing about Minnesota in the summer, bugs!!
So many in places that you can't be outside.
But other areas are no problem.
There are some great companies that can and do get rid of a good amount of the bugs.
If you are selling, use one of these.
it can really help...but, please, let the new buyers know who you use!
What kind of bugs? Termites? or just various bugs that are just annoying and all you need is a monthly or bimonthly treatment outside the house? Endre
We choose to not have a screened porch and sometimes bugs are a problem. The ceiling fans help to keep them at bay and so does the bug catcher.
Have to say that this year...has been quite Bug-Less !
I know the company...I ha e used them fo a couple of years. Makes it so you can enjoy the outdoors
Good morning William. Had customers who disliked screens in Florida. A company using an organic spray solved their problem. Enjoy your day
Good morning William. Yes, sellers should keep their homes bug free as much as possible.
William,
Yes indeed there are bugs in Minnesota Endre Barath, Jr. . Mosquitos galore, when I lived there attending the University of Minnesota, we used to put bug guards on the front of our cars. As you drove, bugs committed suicide on your windshield and the bug guard. If you drove long distances, you would have to stop and clean the windshield...By the way, those mosquitos are the size of Buicks...See them in Florida too!
Good morning William. Bugs are tough. I have a device that gets most of them easily.
At this time of the year, mosquitoes are a problem in our area.
Bugs are in abundance in St George UT too! We don't have many mosquitoes though, thankfully. Good tips for your sellers William Feela
It is that time of year my friends. The mosquitoes here can carry you off if you're not careful.
