And the rain does not stop...

The rain just keeps coming.

We may get a day or 2 reprieve but it comes right back.

Not an inch or so, but 5,6,7 and more.

Before this last round last night and today, 38 counties were in a Federal disaster zone.

After today, 7-10 may be added.

Many homes and recreational vehicles have been damaged.

Many farm fields have been flooded and smothered out.

But we are a hardy bunch, and will recover.

Let's hope things get sorted out - nature can be very devastating.

Is that a freakin' moose??

Sorry about all of the rain, William. I wish we had rain in Sacramento instead of dust and sand and dry coughing heat.

I also remember when the snow keeps falling. Just keeps on falling. So at least it's not winter.

It seems that it is either hot and dry, or we are drowning along with the heat

Wow, 5+ inches at a time is a lot of rain. And then there are other areas of the country with no rain at all. There should be some big conveyer system that kicks in when there is too much rain, and distributes the excess water to places w/none.

Oh wow, William Feela. Sorry to hear this news... hopefully relief will be in sight soon... too much water is always a dangerous thing.

I have experienced rain all my life but Minnesota rates right at the top of intensity, William...

That's a lot of rain Bill. We could use some around here, but not that much at once.
