The comic strip, Peanuts were originated in Minnesota.
They had all kinds of humore based on kkids, but that really touched on
adult lives.
They at time tackled touchy subjects and usually told it like it was.
So the question looms...
"What do the Peanut characters think of this years Minnesota Weather?"
Point well taken!
Good day William Feela
Thank you for sharing your information with us
Have a great day.
My sister has been complaining like no tomorrow about the weather there. Of course, she is a mail carrier ... outside a lot. Says it's OK because she dresses for the weather. You know how I dressed for the weather when I moved from California back to Minnesota? I bought a mink coat, LOL. Good thing nobody threw red paint on me.
My aunt had a good idea for a Peanuts strip and sent it in to the writer. He kindly thanked her by saying no thanks.
I have relatives in your part of the world, and I can tell they are more than ready for a significant change of weather.
Morning William.
One last cold night (Saturday) then temps are forecast to start rising. Crazy year, I hope next year will be better.
Wellll...maybe you will get lucky this year William Feela and summer will come on a weekend !
All I can say is it could be worse. Like we could be the east coast
Good morning William. I so enjoy your posts coupled with the great cartoons you share.
That is funny William! Lucy certainly does tell it like it is. By the way, I did not know that Peanuts was created in MN. You learn something new every day!
If the comics feel that strongly about the weather I can only imagine what the locals would have to say.
William- my goodness...so much snow!!! Hope you get some warm weather soon. And Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents Larry bought me a mink jacket right before we moved to Florida!
I never know this I love the peanuts. Thanks for sharing I hope you enjoy the weekend.
