Out of state clients and a snowstorm!

Out of state clients landed at 6:45.

Leaving at noon tomorrow.

Looking at 3 possible home to purchase.

Snowstorm coming in the early morning hours.

WHAT TO DO?

First off, round up some winter duds.

Have booties for them to wear in the house.

A thermos of coffee and a few snacks.

Pick them up at their hotel and and get moving.

That is tomorrows plan.   This is Minnesota, takes a lot of snow to slow  us down!

Hopefully the sidewalks will have been shoveled!

Good tips William Feela . According to the National Weather Service Minot ND has a bulls-eye on it for tonight. A possible 12 inches of heavy wet snow predicted. I'm hoping the weather guessers have it wrong.

William- I can remember going through this when we were moving to Northern VA and looking for a home in January. Thankfully, the sidewalks had been cleared for us!

Good morning William. Sounds like you are as prepared as you can be. Good luck.

Looks like you have a good moring so far.  You should get your showings done before the major part of the storm hits.

I have only showed homes in snow a handful of times.  None were here in Sacramento, but in neighborhing counties of Placer or El Dorado.

William, I bet it does take a lot to slow you all down!  It helps when sellers are able to shovel and have the walkway clear for showings.  All the best.
