William's Blog...with a smile!

You never know when...

I was sitting in  a restaurant with a client.

We were talking about both buying and selling.

WE were sitting in a corner as to not bother others.

All of a sudden a lady walks past out table and drops a paper napkin

on the table.

"I want to sell my house, please call me."

WE didn't think that we had talked that loud, but loud enough to bring me

a new client!

Good morning, William Feela it sounds like you'd better spend more time sitting a corner and speaking quietly....

How great is that. Many agents forget about their clients once the deal is done...so she must have been impressed with your follow up.

Next time sit in the middle of the restaurant and talk louder. There's no telling how many leads you might get Bill.
