Building lots are getting more scarce.

Building lots with full water and sewer are a bit scarce.

Here in North Branch, MN building has picked up he the building lots,

especially for beginner homes are getting harder to find.

Most developers and builders are reluctant to sell a lot.

Most developments are limited to who can build.

So, if you are thinking of building yourself, contact me for the list of

open builder lots.

Time is short if plans are to build this year yet.

Good morning, William Feela land is at a premium in my area, too....we're at the point of tearing down and using the existing foundation to build a larger house with an addition and three stories finished...

Land is at a premium and the prices for a good piece of dirt are an indication. Hope those who want to build give you a call asap. D

We have a lot of building going on here now, but raw land to be developed is what we are running out of.

Hello William,  Land is something that is going fast but I just talk last week with some developers that have a 20 year plan in place to make lots of money.

No such shortage of lots around here.  The issue is, the builders are still so far behind they can't keep up with demand
