Received an offer for my clients home.
Even after giving very detailed information as to where my client stands, the buyer still low balled us.
Then on top of it all asks for 3% in closing costs.
Ofter is $40,000 below the current appraisal from a few months ago.

People, it is a hot market.
What makes you think that the sellers are ready to give the home away.

Some folks just keep trying for a better deal, and they generally just waste everyones time.
It is bad enough asking for a huge amount in closing and other costs but to low ball on top of it...
I can understand people trying to get what they can but in this market a buyer is really just wasting their time trying to low ball.
