WE have talked here about how staying in shape is good for business.
Dancing is a great way to do that.
My wife and I love to dance.
We took 3 rd place in a polka dance contest. (There were only 3 couples)
But we were in great shape.
Today, because of bad knees we don't dance very often and only one or two.
But it is a great way to stay in shape.
Try it, it pays dividends in other areas also.

Love dancing....and it doesn't even feel like exercise !
Dancing is great exercise... whatever the form. And it leaves you happy after you've done it. The polka is one dance I never mastered, but my Mother sure could kick up her heels in a polka!

William - Perhaps you and your wife can find a warm indoor pool somewhere and take an aquacize class. At the pool where I swim laps, I often see people hobble in to the pool, spend a little time, and be in much better shape when they get out. There is something special about working in a weightless environment.

3rd place is great how ever many people were in it.
I do enjoy dancing, although I'm not very good. Wouldn't know anything about doing a polka! LOL

Dancing is good exercise and many of us need to be more active.
Dancing is wonderful exercise and great for relationships too. Bad knees can slow you down like it has me, but you can still swing those hips! :)
