William's Blog...with a smile!

Christmas Decorations.

Christmas Decorations are popping up all over the town.

Christmas has become more of a secular holiday than a Religious one.

The lighting of the tree in many cities and towns has become a local event.

And decorating is getting to be more and more wide spread.

Even my Amish friend has gotten into the decorations.

With his permission I took a picture of his decorations.

I do admit, that they look much nicer in the daylight.

Now before you think I am picking on my friend I told him what I was going to do.

He chuckled and told me he was ok with it.

He still knows how to laugh at himself.

Good morning William. I guess so, all I see is a black square. Have a great day.

I gather that your friend did not have any decorations for us to see.  You are funny.  A

From the comments above, I see that I am not the only one confused by the black box, but perhaps as Ron and Alexandra Seigel have said, it signifies that he has no decorations.

William, you are too funny! Of course, with this kind of decorations, it won't be too hard to see the stars in the sky... lovely decorations all on their own!

I'm only seeing a black square, William.  I know the Amish are often simple with their decorations, but didn't know they were that simple.

Will, that photo depicts the decorations so well.  Tastefully done ... the lights are beautiful.

Lights out . . . . At night it's best to turn on the lights . . . . to get the most out of the lights.

Good luck and success.
