Time to turn the furnace on...

Well, the weather is a bit chilly.  Decided to turn on the funace to take the chill out.

An hour later...still chilly.

Went to see the issue and the furnace is pilot only.

Worked yesterday.

It will be a bit chilly, but not cold.

Turned on the fireplace to take the chill out.

Called our furnace guy and asked for a call back tomorrow.

I am  using my preferred company that I would use for anyone of my clients.

Just glad to have a good one to call!!!!

It is that time of the year to get yours checked!

Hi William

Ugh, I am hoping we are a ways from turning on our furnace. Hopefully this is just a quick cold snap for you.

Our early morning temps have been below 40 degrees the last few days.  Afraid you are right, time to turn the furnace on.

Good morning William.

We still have a few weeks left before it starts getting a little cooler.  Now would be the time for me to check mine, thanks for the reminder

Good morning William Feela ,

We called last week and our trusted company is coming out this morning for the winter check! We installed a new system last fall and what a difference it makes!

Good morning William. I hope your preferred provider gets to you today and that it isn't a big thing to remedy.

It's in the 80's all week so we won't be using our heat for a while. The longer we can hold off on colder weather the better

We have all the heat here we can handle and would love to share. Unfortunately, not the type of share we all would want. cheers cvc

It's back in the high 80's here in Charlotte, so worrying about heat and my furnace is a bit early this year.

My furnace has kicked on a couple mornings this week.  It doesn't stay on though.  Just long enough to reheat the house from the night chill.

Hey William, turn it on yesterday but had to turn it off today again, to warm for the next 6 days in Denver!

We tured on the heat to take the chill off a few weeks ago when the temps were in the 40s. Lately, it has been very nice and no need for heat or AC.

Been very warm in Maine, like extended summer and have not needed to twist the heat dial. Don't you find you hold off as long as you can where snow happens in the country?

We may have to turn the furnace on tomnight. The temps are supposed to be down in the 30's tonight. There is a slight chance of frost.

Agreed, everyone needs to have their furnaces checked as the weather cools. Thanks for reminding us.
