Colored leaves are not the only high-lites.

Colored leaves are not the only high-lites, at least not on my Rural property. We get a wide range of mushrooms all over the property.

Here is one that is quite large.

It is 16 inches across.

Thare are also some bright colored ones.

My neighbor comes over and picks some every fall.  I am not so brave.

I like mushrooms but would never trust myself to pick them. I need a much more skilled and knowledgeable person to do that. I'd love to see the 16" mushroom, too.

William

The mushrooms can make for an interesting winter.

Good luck and success.

I was hoping you'd been able to actually post the mushroom photo.
