Fall, A great time to buy a home.

Fall is a grea time to buy a home.

Especially if you are looking at rural property.

Rural property can e hard to look at with all the  vegetation in full leaves.

Fall has the leaves falling and you are able to see more of the outlying area of the property.

Being able to see what is in the area over grown by the vegetation is very important as it my hide a lot of junk.

So if yo uare looking to buy  yea t his year, fall is a great time to look.

Autumn is just as good a season to buy as any other.  Summer has left a lot of lawns looking a little frazzled.  This time of year with rains, they green-up and provide better curb appeal.

Good morning William. Nice pitch to spur the fall market. And, it is true, vegetation can hide a lot of junk! Enjoy your day!

William Feela I will bet you are busy with buyers scrambling for the best home choices right now, but the Grey Squirrel hunting is calling out to me! There is nothing like spending a pleasant afternoon sitting on a tree stump while hunting squirrels!
