William's Blog...with a smile!

Inventory is low, but there are less buyers to compete with.

It has been a challenging year for buyers.

I have several buyers who have made many aggressive offers only

to be out bid.  (I consider 20% over list aggressive).

But, now is not the time to give up.

There are some great properties out there and less buyers to compete with.

As for the Northern climes, still plenty  of time to buy and get moved before the snowflakes fall.

Good morning William. I always enjoy your cartoons. Good luck with the buyers.

Good morning William. Always a good time to buy. It's the moving that can be a problem! Enjoy your day!

Hello William Feela, I know what you mean but sometime we do get lucky and even with the low inventory we still can find them a place.

William, we are seeing homes on the market a bit longer, and more inventory, great news for buyers.

Best wishes with your business, it would be nice for people to get settled before the snow comes.

I am seeing something similar William Feela  , more homes for sale and fewer buyers. It is taking a little longer, but those priced right are selling fairly  quick when priced right, just with less offers.

I'd sure say that 20% over list price is agressive.  I'm noticing a similar trend to yours, here in Sacramento.

Inventory is still short.  I have seen no real change in the market.
