Nice home...but the grass...

It is a great home, but the curb appeal is terrible.

The lawn is splotchy and brown.  There has been enough rain to keep it green just like the neighbots.

 

We often talk about low cost improvements.

Fertilizing your lawn is one of the cheapest improvements you can make that will pay off right away.

Even one rain will make the lawn look much better.  It will even even out the colors.

 

Want a good payback on an improvement...fertilize your lawn!!!

For some reason those first impressions are powerful, many a real defect can be overlooked if the outside frosting is just right.

You are right...I have seen people really struggle once in a nice home where the outside is not so ice.
