Do find yourself pushing your clients???

The market is hot.  The inventory is low.

Buyers want a home badly.

We find a good one suited for them...and then...uncertainty sets in.

I know that it is a big decision, but in this market you need to have made up your mind before you start to look.

Sadly, there is little to no time for thinking over night.

If you want a home now...you must be ready and act NOW!!!

Good morning William.  If you think about it, you're not ready.  Talking it over just means, you lost any chance of getting that home

I don't think I push, but I urge them not to dwell very long if they wan the house.

Good morning again William. I used to hate this. I agree, get wet now or get out of the pool.

This is true, but I never push... pushing is the quickest way to end up with buyer's remorse. Nonetheless, I always tell buyers what the state of the market is by prefacing with a comment that I'm not hard selling them, but I don't want them to have a nasty surprise later.

In brisk sellers markets it is best to educate clients early on about the nuances of being able to secure a home into contract.  I never push a client.  I've watched agents who have, and they have a high fall out rate of sales.  The reason is that buyer remorse often sets in and upsets transactions.

William,

Neither one of us pushes.  If they have to think about it, it is not right for them.  When you push, you may end up being blamed.  A
