William's Blog...with a smile!

Everyone has their own idea of peace...

Everyone has their own idea of peace and quiet.

Although, for many that piece is loud music.

For me it is the sounds of nature, preferably on a quiet lake.

No matter how quiet or how loud, we need that piece to regenerate our minds.

Even if for only a few minutes!

My favorite real estate to sell is similar to the above.

HI Bill... raised in a big city and lived in big cities all my life... so I'm not much of a country or nature girl... my idea of peace is to be alone at home, lying down on my sofa with my cat next to me, quietly reading a book with no phone interruptions.

Hi William - you're right -- we make our own kind of peace and while I've lived more of a city life, I can certainly appreciate the scene your photo portrays.

Hi William- even though I'm a city girl like Nina Hollander , I too want my "me" time.  When we're at the beach, or when we were on the boat, I preferred the sound of nature over blaring music.

That definitely looks peaceful. For me it is nature as well. Mountains, lakes, lack of people...-Kasey

I enjoy the city and I enjoy our walks on the beach.  We have the best of both worlds in our neck of the woods.  A

I like a good book. It is total escapism to me. Have a great week, Bill.

I could handle some time in that scene, William!  Even though most of the time peace comes from a swimming pool somewhere.

I like owning realestate like that cabin, unfortunately I seldom get a chance to use it.
