William's Blog...with a smile!

Can you believe it???

Can you believe it, it snowed in Minnesota.

I know many of you are saying this is not unusual.

Well, not this year.  We got 7 inches in North Branch, Minnesota.

This was the 2nd largest snowfall we had all year.

It is mid April.  Yes, it has snowed a lot in April before, but we had not had any snow since

sometime in February.

We...we need to moisture and it will help the fire danger for a few days

Good morning William.  Well sir things happen.  Tell us what the high temps will be for the next few days.  I'm sure it will melt fast and not destroy all the Spring blooms

Seven inches in the middle of April sounds like a lot! It was over 80 degrees here a few days ago but it wouldn't surprise me if we woke up to 30 and snow tomorrow. The weather can do some strange things.

It appears that Mother Nature is gently nudging you into Spring so as not to shock you too much with the explosion of color and life?

This winter will go down in the memory books for many folks.  It has been so unusual.  We are slated to have rain here in Sacramento on Easter.  A large family barbeque and swim party has been moved up to Saturday instead.

What beautiful photos.  The weather seems to get less predictable every year.
