William's Blog...with a smile!

Slow and steady...

I have a client who is a nervous Nellie.

Everything bothers him.

So much that he can't remember calling me or what he asked the  last time I talked t him.

For this client, patience is the key.  Try to explain fast and simple only confuses him.

But, really for many people...patience is the way to handle them with care!

Agreed! A home sale or purchase is typically a major life (and financial) event. And as we know, real estate changes quite frequently. I'm a firm believer of exercising patience. Society, in general, is impatient these days. Extending a level of patience can go a long ways.

Good morning William.  Patience in this business is vital.  If you don't have it you may need to find another career

Patience is an important component to many real estate transactions.  There are often components to a deal, or people involved in them, which will require it!

It is tough to be that patient Bill, I wish that I could be patient enough to explain things over and over like this.
