Big or Small?

I have been posed this question as of late.

Which is better to use.

Here is my take...

As a small independent Broker, I can and do give great personal service.

I know my listings intimately.

My clients are not just a number.

When I see a new client, it will not be the only time we meet, I am the only person they will see.

I am a FULL MLS Realtor and I can see every detail and listing that the big boys and girls do.

So I pose the question back to the person asking...

Do you want to be a number, or do want someone who  remembers your name?

The choice is yours!!!!

Well now that is an interesting way of looking at it.

The Internet has been the great equalizer ! Print Media always gave the larger companies a huge edge , but it's dead now !

William Feela , I've seen this even in my small town where the "large" agents tend to list properties without any concern for getting to know the property or the seller. They deal in volume and don't sweat the relational stuff. Sad.

William - I couldn't have said it any better myself. I love being that one person my clients can trust, and I can help them with every aspect of the transaction all the way through closing.

Hi Bill... I hang my license with a large company and franchise and I love what that branding brings to my business. But at the end of the day, I am a sole practioner and run a small business and none of my clients are numbers.

Bill, working for a small company has always been very good for me and my clients always liked the idea I was the only one to talk to and always understood who they were and could react quickly

It is important to remember their names and every detail of their project.  My clients are impressed with our ability to do this too.
