William's Blog...with a smile!

Country Charm and 160 acres.

I have a relative that  has a very well taken care of older farm house and buildings.

They will be looking to sell soon.

I have been given permission to talk about this home.

Only a few miles from upper and lower Red Lake, a premier Walleye destination.

There is great hunting on the land with a small amount of open field that has been used for hay.

This is a great  place to live and enjoy.

Seems taylor made for the outdoors type of people.

This would make a great family hunting/recreational  lodge.

Interested, you need to call me   at  651-674-5999.

Owners at this time must give permission to have pictures sent.

Call me today!

An older farm house and a 160 acres sounds like a great buying opportunity.

Good luck and success.

Good morning William, I hope you get the farm sold without having to fill out the listing agreement.  That would be a "win win" for everyone!
