North Branch, Minnesota...where is the snow?!

North Branch, Minnesota, where is the snow?!

It is March 5th and there is hardly even a snow bank.

The brown grass is visible and this make for a dangerous situation for the plants.

They are now open to the cold  that is yet to come.

WE need some snow for sure, but for now,

it is time to get out and look at hunting land and land to build on.

Visibility is great for that right now.

Get off your hands and get busy before someone beats you to it.

I sold 2 parcels last week and the inventory is getting slim!

There is a little green grass like this but most of it is brown!

William hello.

Hope you'll get some snow right in time.

In the meantime someone have to get busy.

Good week.

Spring appears to be coming early for us as well, and it cannot come soon enough

I think that most of it is piled up in a huge mountain near Bob "RealMan" Timm 's house.

Good morning William. Glad you sold two parcels but we both know there can be more snow.

It looks like the grass is tinging toward green, Bill. I bet this will be a great year for land selling.

William

Looks like a beach day in North Minnesota.

Good luck and success.

Hi Bill... of course, here in the southeast, we don't ask "where is the snow." Hopefully, you won't be hit with any major spring blizzards this year.
