Land HO!!!!!!

There is a shortage of homes to buy and this is making the push for vacant land.

People are seeing the new homes being built and the cost of these homes and saying...

"If we have to spend that much, we may as well have what we want built."

So, the phone is ringing about land now.

The people calling on the land will  be able to build this year yet.

One builder I know is already booked into July for starting a new home.

If you plan on building this year, you need plans and you need my help.

Do wait, call today!

You need to start the plan now if you want you home to sorta look like this.

Beautiful curb appeal William Feela - YOu are right.  Clients need to start right now to be in a home late this year!

Land is at a premium in our market. Average price is now over $200,000 for your lot under 1 acre (some lots in this data are only 5000 sq ft).

William, Makes perfect sense. If people can afford to build and are willing to wait. Good to know your phone is ringing.

Brisk sales and ample demand are seldom a problem, I hope you are finding plenty of sellers to work with.
