William's Blog...with a smile!

North Branch, Minnesota sellers...where are you?!

I was out with buyers again today.

Not much on the market to show anyone.

Especially 1st time buyers.

2nd time buyers are also having a hard time finding what they want.

Homes need to be in somewhat move in condition, but not perfect.

Although, the nicer the home the more likely it will sell fast.

If you are waiting for spring you could lose out.

Some of my buyers are willing to do a 60-90 day close if sellers need to.

So, give me a call and let's see what you home is like.

I hope your inventory increases soon, William.  It can be difficult for buyers when there is not much for sale.

Low inventory is also plaguing my market and from what I'm reading...a lot of markets throughout the country.

We need more listing to keep pace with the demand.

Good luck and success.

A great time to sell, get them listed before it is too late and the market changes again.
