Tip for buying a home during the winter snow months

Winter months are some of the best times to buy a home.

Most people are scared by what they can NOT see under the snow.

Smart sellers solve this problem easily.

Sellers will have pictures of he summer months so you can see what the yard looks like.

Then at closing the sellers give the buyers the photo's so they can compare.  This shows the sellers are not trying to pull anything on un-suspecting buyers.

DON'T be afraid to buy in the winter.  I will ensure we have the photo's you need to compare and a way to remedy any issues that were not truthful.

Just an example.  You can see the neat grass and flowers along the sidewalk.  The shade trees show up nicely and show that the trees are not dead.

A good seller will have pics of the entire yard showing the gardens and lawn with what trees are actually alive and well.

Don't be scared of buying in the winter...Some of the best deals are found then.

Always nice to see how many blemishes that can be hidden under a blanket of white.  and if you are not prepared you can lose some good things under there too.
