Have you seen all of America?

Last summer we went to the Rockies and to 9 Federal Parks.

WE seen a lot and in our fast trip not even close to everything.

WE met people from all over the world.

I started asking them if they have seen certain places close to home.

And, Many had not.    Just like here in America, people travel abroad but have not seen many of the big sites in our own country.

I always wonder why it is that we need to travel afar to see the sites and not see the sites a person has at home.

William, I live in a city where people visit from all over the world, and I've never been to the top of the Washington Monument!

This country has so many amazing places to visit!  I've flown over the Grand Canyon, but it would be great to go down through it in a raft.

I agree with you William, we have travelled extensively, but always in the United States, and still we have not seen everything.

Hi Bill... I've seen a lot of the USA... not all of it by any means, however. I've also seen a lot of the world... but not all of it either.

I've seen a great deal of America, but definitely haven't seen it all.  I have Yellowstone, and New Orleans on my bucket list.

There is so much to see why travel abroad, especially in this violent climate.

I do a lot of travel for our business and have noticed this too.  We try to take Sunday afternoons off to explore a few features of any area we are working in.

We are both transplants to Colorado. When we first moved here we spent more time exploring. Over the last few years we've visited more of our own backyard. A few weeks ago we went to Telluride. It was beautiful!
