Lake homes...good time to buy.

There is an idea that fall and winter is a bad time to buy a lake home in the North land.

WRONG!   Buyers, there are some great deals and some sellers who still are looking to sell are still looking for offers.  Most understand that multiples are most likely not in the cards.

So, if you are thinking of a Lake Home...stop thinking.  Act!!!!

Good morning William.  I love to see a full moon or any moon for that matter.

Good morning William.  Smart buyers will do their shopping when the sellers are more anxious to sell.  And, this time of the year appears to be perfect.

Good morning William. I totally agree. I usualyy buy in the winter with less competition and more seller flexibility. Beautiful photo too.

Bill, this is a great  time to buy a lake home.  The water is not frozen so you can still see what the lakeshore looks like

Homes near water always have value.  I love that full moon pictured above!

William

This would be a good time to buy a lake home in North Branch, Minnesota.

Good luck and success.

Those northern lakes are so much better this time of year as so many folks stay home in the city and solitude returns.
