Now is a great time to sell your North Branch, Mn Home

Many people think that you can only sell your home during the summer Months.

Wrong!!! Many homes are sold even in the winter.

One advantage to selling in the fall and winter the buyers looking are real serious buyers.

The lookie loo's are not out so much in the cold.

I have many buyers still looking in North Branch, Minnesota and the surrounding areas.

Call me and let me help you in you quest.

Hunting land still available before open of Deer Season.

I have always had good Decembers and January's William Feela . I've contributed it to the fact that I work just as hard as ever and don't listen to my colleagues about how slow it is.

I often explain to clients, that I bought my present home, on Christmas Eve. There is no right or wrong time of year when it comes to real estate.

There  is no one I would consider around North Branch, MN besides William Feela

Good morning William.  We have so many sellers taking their home off the market during the winter.  They just don't seem to get it.

And one other point I push with these kinds of sellers is that they have less competition for their home in terms of other listings.

Bill, there are always buyers looking to buy and you never know when that one you need shows up.

There are always people in the market for a home.. circumstances in  life that cause us to move do not just happen in the summer.  Great post.

Falla nd winter usually finds fewer homes on the market and the serious folks are selling and buying as you said in your post.

Trying to time the real estate market for sellers is typically a huge mistake and doesn't result in any meaningful gains from the sale.

I agree with you, Bill. I sell a fair amount of homes during the winter months. The buyers are serious and working really hard to get settled during the winter months.

Not just less competition but with less greenery it is easier to see the property in the fall.
