William's Blog...with a smile!

One of my favorite cabins...

I have seen this cabin a on a small lake by my cabin.

It sets all alone on nearly 80 acres and 1/2 mile of lake shore.

The land abuts state land.

The elderly couple are no longer seen and i have to believe it is the couples children in possession not.

Sadly it is falling into dis-repair.

If money were no object...it would be mine!

Let's see the photo. Sounds lovely.

Thought you were writing a poem at first.

Sounds like this is one of golden opportunity moments Bill, find out who owns is and if they are looking to sell, often times the kids do want to get rid of these properties and the expenses involved with owning them.

Good morning William.  It sounds like a wonderful place.  Hopefully the current owners will step up and maintain it.

Good morning William. Why not reach for the owners and see if they want to sell.

Good morning, Bill. I admit it... I'm a city girl through and through and you wouldn't catch me in any cabins as they are not my idea of a good time. But I will say this one is very picturesque in a beautiful setting and obviously perfect for someone (maybe you!).

Good Morning William Feela

Sadly there are many properties that sit in disrepair. This looks like a very private location

Looks like a great place William Feela , it doesn't look to run down yet.  This might be your opportunity to buy it from the children or maybe get the listing.

You have talked about this one before...sadly the family may not have the time.

What a delightful looking property.  All stress leaves my body just looking at it!

The cabin is in a great setting, sad to see fall into disrepair.

Good luck and success.
