Fix the repairs right away...

Sellers wonder if they should fix the repairs needed...even the small ones.

Well, I can tell you one thing.

I have had many a good buyer that has walked out of a hoe they would have made on offer on because of the little things that needed to be done.

Why you ask, it is no big deal.

But, it is a big deal...to the buyer it looks like a lack of pride in ownership.

If the seller doesn't have enough pride in their home for the little things, what big ones are lurking under cover.

 

FIX THE LITTLE THINGS RIGHT AWAY OR LOSE THE BUYER.

William- so many homeowners wait until they put their home on the market to fix all of the items on the list.  It's a lot easier to fix things right away.

So true William.  When buyers see even minor items of deferred maintenance they invariable thing there's more of it they can't see.

I am not sure I would call this a fix, but if it kept the house from falling down....I suppose it is.
