William's Blog...with a smile!

Do you often forget What you need...

I got up from the sofa and went to get a magazine from the adjoining room.

I got there and wondered what I was looking for.

I chuckle and sometimes figure it out.

But when i forget something for my clients I get irate with myself.

I have to right it all down.

My clients sometimes laugh at my post-it notes on my dash but they admit...I am never late.

It can be a bit frustrating, but I have found that it is a mere inconvenience in the scope of things.

Hi William Feela ,  At least I'm not the only one who walks into a room and then forgets why!

A good list is essential, especially as the brain cells start to fade, but I dont think it will help that potato guy.

It happens more often than I want to admit, William.

Oh yes, those post-it notes.  Years ago, I had them all over the desk at my office. My daughter came to visit while I was out showing property, and decided to clean my desk while she was waiting.  She nearly put me out of business. Everything was on those post-its.

Good morning again William. I think you have embraced strategies that work for you and that's all that matters.

I am also a note guy...I just do not take chances in today's fast pace world.

I don't even need the note in my hand physically to remember.  Something about writing something down that makes it stick in my head.

Everything gets written down.  Lists. Notes.

Room to room ... I go without note pads.  If I forget ... I will remember ... eventually
