Rain, Rain...won't you stay for a while?

I am sure some people think that I am crazy.

But, we just got our first measurable rain in over 2 weeks and it was getting dry.

We have not had much rain and snowfall was very low this past winter.

But, today we had a nice shower for a few hours.

I am guessing 3/4 inch or so.

We could use this for a couple of days.

As long as the rain falls like it did.

We don't need a monsoon!

A rain like this is great for filling the lakes and streams but when it runs off it does little for the lawns and gardens

We've had a "boggy/ soggy" year and I'm ready for some sunshine.

Chance of rain all week this week including the weekend.  We have had our share.  I'll see if I can get the rain gods to come visit you

Rain is a wonderful thing, as long as there's not too much or too little of it.

Good morning William. It is raining now in the Berkshires and I am enjoying it. You have moose?

It is funny...nothing gets people more depressed than rain...and nothing is needed more in life than water!

Seems like some parts of the country are getting more than they want and other parts, just not enough.

Congrats on the massive rain Bill, it looks like the Moose is enjoying it and the snow pile is nearly melted.
