William's Blog...with a smile!

How smart is he really?

I had a guy tell me today that he was one of the smartest people he knew.

WE talked Real Estate and he told me everything that was wrong and how we make people do things that they really did not have to do.

Yes, he was a very smart man.  I didn't argue with him as I would have gotten a better response from a  two by four.

Some people drink from the fountain of knowledge...Others just gargle!!!

It's so simple to be wise, just think of something stupid to say, then shut up. Isn't it funny how non-industry people know best? Love this:

Good morning William.  I think we have all met people like him.  When I do I try and not meet with them again.

Good morning William,

So many experts and #1's!

Are you sure he did not just wet his lips to dry them with the wind he has!

Make yourself an astonishing day.

I have learned that people that have to tell others that they are smart, aren't really as smart as they think, but it's good that they have confidence in themselves, haha.

I'm always cautious around folks who promote their own self worth.  Especially, if they suggest those around them aren't as qualified or worthy as they are.  I hate seeing that when people market themselves!

William

Your words are wise . . . . and right on point.

Good luck and success.

Yes Bill, often times it is best to just listen and know that nothing you have to say will be absorbed anyway.
