William's Blog...with a smile!

I had a great surprise today in the mail....

I thought it may happen but I was not real sure.

I was given this Jig Saw puzzle for Christmas.

After 4 nights of working on it...I was missing a piece.

I went on the web sight and explained my dilemma.  I asked if they kept extra puzzle pieces on hand and if so I needed such and such piece.

I got an Email back and was told they did not have extra pieces.  (SHOOT)

Each puzzle is cut individually so the pieces would not match up.  ( This I did not know)

But the letter continued...They were very sorry about the problem and take it very seriously.   I was asked to send a panel from the front of the box and it would be replaced FREE of charge with the same puzzle or one similar.

Today I got the puzzle...the same one!

It took about 4 weeks just as I was told.

A side note, when I went onto their web site I found they had frames and other puzzles I will be ordering.

So WHO is this company

Master Piece Puzzle company

Oro Valley, Arizona.

Web Site is        masterpiecesinc.com    Because of their service and quality I WILL be ordering more directly from them.

Check them out!!!!

Good morning William. My wife just loves puzzles, in fact she has two she hasn't started on.  Great customer service keeps people coming back.  Thankfully there are still some businesses out there where the customer comes first.

Good morning William,

Good thing it wasn't the master key in an arch to complete.

Make yourself an astonishing day.
