If you are looking to buy...be ready!!!

If you are looking to buy a home, Be ready!

There are a lot of buyers and not many homes.

You need to be ready to make the offer and follow through to the end.

You need to:

Get Pre-approved.

Research the area you are looking in.

Consider an agent to work with.

Be prepared to ask the right questions.

You may need to be able to decide with only one showing.

You need to be ready...NOW!!!!

I fully agree.  Especially with getting pre approved. Makes a BIG difference

William, this is a great list of things that prospective buyers need to consider!

Those are good tips, William!  We are experiencing a brisk market with low inventory here in Sacramento.  Hesitation on the buyer's part can have them losing out to other's.

Buyers need to be ready to make that offer and most sellers want a preapproved buyer.

Good morning William.  I like the short and to the point verbiage.  Gets the message across and doesn't take three paragraphs to do it.

Those that snooze will loose.  That old saying has never been truer when it comes to buying real estate.

Absolutely. Being ready to jump the minute they find the right house is the way to successfully purchase a home!

Hi William.  Choosing the right buyer's agent is key to success.

EXACTLY!!!!!  This is reality and not a sales tactic.  We can wait for you to think, and bring your family members by and revisit the property and you will no doubt lose out in most areas of our market right now.

Good morning William. This is so true and absolutely necessary. This is the first question any agent should ask.

Bill, so important.  Many a buyer are disappointed to lose a place to someone whois more ready to purchase

It is so important to be prepared and in a position to pull the trigger, when you find the home that you want.  I have seen many not prepared and they lost out.

William

Your insight is right on point . . .  . When a buyer is looking homes they need to be ready to take action.

Good luck and success.
