OK, so you want a good fishing lake to have a cabin on in Minnesota

So you want a good fishing lake to buy a cabin or home on.

What do you consider a good fishing lake.

There are lakes where you can catch a lot of fish, where they seem to jump into the boat.  BUT, they are small in size.  It may be a great lake to take young kids because the action is fast.

There are lakes where you will find big fish, but not many of them.

There are lakes With a great population of Northern Pike but not many walleye.

A lake may have a good population of walleye, but they my mostly fall outside the slot size in what you may be able to keep.

There are lakes that are managed for Musky.  Some that are managed for Bass.

Some lakes are managed for panfish.

Telling me that you want a good fishing lake is a wide open door.

Sitting down and writing down what is important in the lake itself and put those ideas in order of importance...now, I can find you a property with the kind of lake you desire.

Far from a trophy, but the grand daughter had fun.

Bill, you should also talk about access and drive times to get to the cabin
