Gift returns and exchanges

I have heard about the long lines to return gifts.

And I always wonder..."Well, what did you expect?"

Returns are simple.

Go early in the morning, or later in the evening.

Make sure you have the receipt.

I had to make 3 returns and exchanges, and never waited more than 5 minutes in line.

Go prepared and it will go much faster.

The local liquor store has a sign outside that reads, "Give the Gift They Will Not Return".

Those are good tips for exchanges. I don't usually have to return things but if I do, I will remember these great suggestions.

Good morning William.  Well my wife still has receipts from 2012 and beyond.  She keeps those forever.

Always pays to be prepared in any endeavor, even returning things we do not need.
