William's Blog...with a smile!

Now is not the time to stop looking

Way to many buyers stop looking for a home in the winter.

I understand why, but is it a good financial decision.

There are many reasons to keep looking.  that special place may come on the market at any time.

In the winter, many people stop looking for that home which means you will have less competition for that home.

Don't stop looking...you could miss the deal of your life.

These are not so easy to find!!!!

Good Morning William Feela

Great river view. Winter sales are usually very serious sellers and buyers

I completely agree with everything you've said. Buyer should keep up the search even during the winter months.
