William's Blog...with a smile!

Thanksgiving is over...now what?

Yes, Thanksgiving is over now what.

Well, the way I see it we will be bombarded with bonus shopping days and discounts.

We will be hit with more Political ads than we care to see.

We will run ourselves ragged trying to find that one special gift.

I hope we remember the REASON for the SEASON!!!!

When we remember the reason for the season . . . . The Christmas takes on the reason to be in our life.

Good luck and success.

William - Yes, for many people the end of Thanksgiving is the beginning of Holiday shopping, and running around ragged for the next month.

I will do my best to ignore all of the coming distractions and just continue on, William.

Hi William.  So many distractions.  This the time of year to help those less fortunate.

We are still eating turkey and dressing. Not doing much shopping, baking more this year.  I too hope we remember the REASON for the SEASON!

For my husband, Dave, and his buddies the season in between Thanksgiving and Christmas is deer season.  Grown men are just as excited to roam the woods as little boys sneaking down the stairs to wait for Santa to arrive.

I do not really do any extra shopping, so I just keep opting out from all sales pitches.

Bill- we have pretty much cut out buying gifts for one another.  I agree the reason for the season is to spend time with Family!!!

The reason for the season is my whole contribution to this month, I avoid all non business shopping trips.
