A little more Holiday Humor

Cooking the bird is one of the challenges of this holiday season.

One person says 15 min per pound.

The next it is 15 min for the first 10 and 10 min per pound later.

If you talk to 100 cooks, you will get 100 ways to cook the birds.

So, I leave the cooking up to my wife and then listen (sort of) on how to carve the turkey.

Hi William.  That is a very smart approach on your part.  Just get out of the way.

Bah Dum Chhh!  However long it's cooked, enjoy your Thanksgiving Bill.

Good morning William,

Never was one for timing except in track or cross country.

This year is going to be fun having to cook two turkey's and not having my double oven.

Make yourself a great day.

Good morning William. I have hardly ever had a nice and moist turkey. I hope you do.

I just do my best with the estimate and get plenty of appetizers in case it takes a little longer than I planned.

You had to cook the turkey?

Good luck and success.
