A delightful smell...

It has been a long day, but a good one.

Much work was done and it was a decent day for late October.

After putting all my stuff away in the garage, I headed to the house.

One step in and I was hit with a fantastic aroma....

POT ROAST!!!!

It was a physical day and I know that this will hit the spot!!!!

Sounds great William Feela . My Bride had been cooking all day and I had to find things to keep me busy outside as well so the aroma wouldn't drive me crazy. She was cooking for company who at the last minute said they couldn't make it.

Yum! I love Pot Roast. As soon as we decide to move our weather from summer to fall, I'm right there with you.

Bill, nothing better than a good hearty supper after a day of hard work.

Pot roast is good comfort food, Bill.

Do you have plenty of firewood for the season. I'm still working on getting mine in. I have 2.5 cords of cedar coming soon.
